Wow this is absolutely the best shower head I have ever had. Glad I kept the old shower head from my apartment. Because it will be with me when I move. I didn't even have to remove the flow restrictor. I just removed the small rubber ring covering some of the holes on the flow restrictor. It has good freedom of movement up and down. The pressure is strong enough to create a numbing effect on my back when I shampoo my hair. My previous shower head was one of those with 5 or 10 in a head type. And it took me about 4 minutes to wash my hair completely. This shower head rinses my hair in less than 90 seconds. Highly Recommended. It includes a band of nylon thread and three or four turns around the shower head is sufficient. I didn't even need a wrench to tighten it further. Because it didn't leak at all. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
