Very poor quality, broke before reaching factory torque

poor quality broke in the block, had to drill it and we easily pulled it out of the block. I tightened it to factory specs and it broke. It took me a day to unscrew the broken screw and the other 7 screws started rusting overnight. These screws are of very poor quality, not like the originals. I ended up going to Ace Hardware and got all 8 screws, 6 water pumps and 2 stainless steel thermostats for less money than I bought them.
