I've only had this thing for a few weeks but the installation was a joke. I see that a lot of people had to use parts from their old shower head to ensure there wasn't any leaking but I didn't need to do anything like that. I wrapped the threads in the tape that came with the shower head and that was it. No leaking, great finish, the hose is plastic but it still looks nice and seems resilient, and somehow the water pressure coming out of each of the shower heads at the same time is stronger than my old single shower head. I was on the fence about buying this for over a month but I'm very happy that I finally did it.
