this food seems to be the best for my two cats but lately i have had several instances where the food in the jars was very dry as if they had forgotten add water during preparation. The defective batch number is 028B2NSC01. I was able to make it palatable by adding some water with the first case or so and mixing it, but with the last case, cats still don't like it even after adding water. I ordered a box of pet food from this site and it is a normal consistency, but I also got some extra kibble from my local pet food store. I have to call Royal Canin and ask for a refund if they have some kind of guarantee. This food is overpriced for such inconsistent quality. I'm surprised they didn't order an erroneous food recall. If you get a good deal, that's great, but if you get a bad deal, it's a waste of money.
