.because I think almost every product can always be improved and I don't want manufacturers to be complacent. I bought this mount for my RV. I had to reinforce the wall with 1/2" plywood to install it - I expected that. I used bolts with washers and nuts I bought from a hardware store because RVs just don't have the typical wall studs. Note From the manufacturer: This product was designed for use in the RV, if mine is no different be aware that you must include bolts, washers and nuts as drywall mollies are useless but so far I am happy with the result I will never ride in a van with a TV on the wall - I expected that too - unless I can think of a convenient way to protect it.
