I bought these for my 6 month old grandson who has been teething very hard for the past 2 weeks. Love the fact that they come in a 2 pack (you always need an extra one in the freezer to switch out when one thaws). They freeze fairly quickly and retain their coldness for quite a long time. My grandson is very good at holding them on his own and has found that he can shift the teether onto the new "finger" when thawing. I love it. They are filled with sterilized water, not gel. I don't know what gel is in competitor teethers. Only thing I wish they had some sort of rubber grip on the bottom so he could hold it better. The teether is filled with water and frozen on the bottom, so the bottom will be a bit slippery when thawing. Otherwise, I really like this cable.
