I use them in my aquarium as an alternative to "rocks". They look great, are easy to clean and with LED lights they look amazing.

Quantity purchased was just enough for my home well. They are transparent enough to let light through and the appearance of an iridescent shimmer adds to the pleasing effect. It's either that or small fake diamonds. But those moonstones are more in line with the look of the fountain, so that's it.

I was actually looking for something more like sea glass, big chunks, not much bigger, I will use it to create sea glass art and I just needed a variety of colors. I wish they were duller, not so shiny. But I'm sure there's probably a method I could use to etch the glass to give it that aged, tide-like look that real beach glass has.

The stones arrived in shape, size and quantity as described. They come in the packaging shown in the picture (pen for scale). Overall this is a good product but the photos online are not accurate. I ordered 4 packs of amber and returned them because they were bright yellow, then ordered 4 more packs of amber. Well the photos are from the second batch and still appear very yellow to me in all lighting conditions (I thought the amber was more orange?) but I guess that can be taken as an opinion…

They are much smaller than expected. Approximately 1/6-1/8 the size of traditional round stained glass. We bought them for art and sensory projects for our 4 year old and 6 year old at home. Luckily we don't put small objects in our mouths anymore in our house and my 4 year old loves fine motor work. We'll keep them, but remember how small they are. Difficult to describe their shape as they are all different but similar, so I would say rounded drops, lumps, spheres or stones. Sizes vary slightly but are fairly consistent - they are all small, in the range of a few millimeters. The bag contains a lot of glass and all parts are smooth, so there are no sharp edges or points. To be honest I find this a total rip off, I mean maybe the stones are suitable for an aquarium? Don't wait for the aquarium. actually and maybe not. There are too few of them, they are SMALL!
