I was specifically looking for a ceiling fan that would be safe for a small room with a bunk bed. Overall I like the fan and find it provides excellent lighting and airflow throughout the room. The kids love it. The only downside to a ceiling fan is that the warmth and brightness of the light will change as you use the switch to turn the light on and off. It does not remain with the last light setting set on the remote control. If there is a way to get around this I would like to know.
