These duvets are too warm as they are made of flannel like material. If you follow the wrapping instructions it's like 5 flannel blankets on her (count the layers) and when we unwrapped her she was all sweaty, even in the conditioner. We had to make sure the AC was set to 70 degrees every night. She slept better when she was diapered, so we didn't mind paying an extra $$ on the electric bill every month. I love the size of these blankets, they were perfect for swaddling. But if you don't know how to wrap they break out, I know because it breaks out when my husband wraps it but not when I do. This blanket is also very cute, I have to say that our baby looked very cute when wrapped in this blanket. The duvet was soft when I first received it, but after a few washes they become coarser. I stopped using them and switched to a miracle blanket made of thin cotton material. It's not as pretty, but much more practical.
