Luckily everything went well for me right from the start. I like that it's tempered glass and not matte like Atomos protectors. It feels comfortable and smooth as if there were no tread! I understand what people mean when they say it fits snugly so the tread is perfectly aligned. Maybe I got lucky with the profile sizes, or maybe they improved the profile. Who knows. I got it on the second try. I definitely recommend using gloves to avoid getting oil on the protector. I gently applied the screen protector to the screen but didn't press it down like it was floating on top. I then gently moved it with my finger across the guard to line it up with the millimeters it landed on the Ninja screen. Then I pressed and glued it. No blisters to worry about!
