Review on Exquisite NOVICA .925 Sterling Silver Drop Earrings: Cobra Guardian, Oxidized Finish by Mike Modesto

I bought a pair of Novica earrings and was not disappointed but when I first received these Cobra Guardian earrings I was almost disappointed. I thought they were different than the earrings in the photo so I went back to the list and checked. I found that they looked the same as most of the pictures - I only focused on the 3rd picture. In this picture, it looks like the hook is coming out of the cobra's head, and the ear hook is in the shape of a "C". With that in mind I wasn't sure I would like them but after trying them on I just love them! Today I even got a few compliments from colleagues. They are different from most of my earrings and are so light I don't even realize I'm wearing them! The cobra's tail becomes an earring hook (i.e. an S-shape) and I love how the cobra's head and body are intricately worked. It's always interesting to read about the artist who created the jewelry and I love that he's able to share his work with people all over the world thanks to Novica, National Geographic and Revain :) Disclosure: I have this item received at a reduced price in exchange for an honest review.
