This surge protector has two QC connectors. If you only use one, you will get an 8.5V +/- fast charge and a 1.5A fast charge. However, if you plug another device into a different QC port, the first device to use the QC loading speed is turned off and both will then load at normal speed. I am using a USB tester and 2 QC3.0 devices are charging at 5V which is not enough to fast charge 2 devices. So even though it has two QC ports, you cannot use both at the same time and get QC speeds. The same applies to the PD20w port. By itself it will deliver what it is supposed to. But as soon as you add another device, everything reverts to default charging currents, which is false advertising.
