Easy to use nose detaching device, it stays in place very well! the silicone is very soft and comfortable, i hardly feel it on me, it's really painless, the wire is also very nicely made and has no rough edges, all very safe, soft and comfortable. It also stays on all night, even if I move around in bed a lot in my case :)
