I bought this keyboard for school and upon arrival everything looked great! Well when I went to use it nothing was working but the on and off button. I reached out to the customer service team and they responded very quickly even with the different time zones I received great feedback! :) They emailed me ways of trying to turn it on/restart it and nothing was working still so they have shipped me out a new one arriving soon! This was all hassle free and they are super nice. Even though my first keyboard arrived broken, that’s life crap happens! They still deserve 5 stars, looking forward for my new keyboard :)
