DO NOT ORDER! Has virtually no arch support (as advertised), is too big and the lace holes look like they're about to break. Overall it seems cheaply made. Returns are expensive! You have to print your own labels (it's fine if you have a printer, but I know many of us don't) and then PAY to have it mailed to them (about $15 and a trip to the post office ). You must also receive your package within 30 days of placing your order and it will take forever to (hopefully?) get your money back! They don't have an email address to contact, just a number, but don't worry about calling their support team - they won't answer you or call you back if you leave a message.
