This multifunctional mask is great because you can use it hot or cold which is what I was looking for. When I get sinus pressure or eye strain, I put it on. Microwave for 20 seconds to warm up, and the warmth of the mask will bring relief and relaxation. I also sometimes use it in the morning when my face looks puffy. To reduce puffiness I wash my face, apply serum and apply this mask (after chilling it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes). The cooling effect helps reduce redness or swelling. I also like that this mask comes with elastic straps as this really helps keep the mask in place. The only minor downside is that I sometimes find the velcro pulls on some of my hair. To avoid this, I usually tie my hair in a ponytail or bun before applying the mask. All in all a great product for relaxation and self-care. I look forward to many more uses.
