Background: Dell E6530 i7 2.7GHz runs at 3.6GHz turbo speed and gradually overheats constantly when converting multiple videos, which requires 100% CPU speed on all 4 cores for quite a long time. The cores reach 105°C Tj max in about 20 minutes because the laptop doesn't have as many vents on the bottom as it should, in my opinion. This 5-fan cooler could limit the CPU temperature to 89-91℃. Another cooler I tested, the Alien Studio cooler on the same laptop that did the same job, was able to keep the CPU at a maximum of 85C. My final conclusion when comparing the difference between this cooler and the other two was in that the holes in the metal grille that the Alien Studio cooler's laptop rests on were larger, allowing for better airflow despite having only 4 fans. So this is something to consider when purchasing a laptop cooler.
