Update: I contacted the seller directly. I told them how through extensive troubleshooting I discovered that the unit was defective. They only replied to confirm my name and shipping address and a few days later I received a replacement from them. The exchange works perfectly. Great company to buy from and although my original item no longer works the new one works great. First review: This worked well and then stopped working. The lights on the device work, but the Kinect will no longer turn on. Don't waste your money on it. My biggest regret is that it stopped working 5 days after the return window closed.
