The ease of use, how it integrates with our other systems like Salesforce as well! We've been able to streamline many parts in running camps for my organization that used paper spreadsheets before this software was implemented (and I'm not even sure they were using Excel). It's also helped us track attendance more efficiently than we could have done manually otherwise - which has made things easier when dealing w/ insurance companies or state organizations who can't accept an employee being away from work without documentation showing he met his requirements while out at event X during time YZ.
