Wow. when to start At first, the package that arrived at my front door looked like it had driven through a war zone. It has been torn, glued and re-glued many times. Opening the package only made it worse. NOTHING was securely packed and most of the parts seemed to have just been thrown loose in an empty box with no protection or packaging. Someone clearly hates their job! I really wanted to return the purchase immediately, but I decided to give it a chance. I was actually surprised at how easy it was to assemble and how the finished chair (so far) works well and comfortably. I will update this review if the throttle assist fails sooner like some other reviews I've read. Aside from the TERRIBLE packaging, the other reason for my 2 star rating is that the chair came with 2 RIGHT armrests! Stupid. it looks very silly but works (at least for my purposes). In short, I would refuse this purchase and choose another option if possible.
