Quality product and helpful company
This was a Christmas present for my minecraft obsessed son who was delighted. He even snuggled up to the torch when he slept. After 4 nights when connected to the port the burner fell in. My son was heartbroken so I contacted the manufacturer. My son keeps snuggling on it and the flashlight still glows dimly after a week and a half overnight. I just got a message from the manufacturer who promised to send a replacement unit. It looks very well made so I'm surprised there was a defect and luckily the manufacturer stands by their product. Highly recommended.
