Review on Kissmart® Mobile Charging Microsoft Surface by Timothy Spinner

Bought for Surface 2. Not a professional. Since the Surface 2's power supply is proprietary and Microsoft doesn't offer any other power supply, I decided to use a travel power supply. That's why I bought RAVPower Xtreme 23000mAh for the first time. By the way, great portable battery. A few days later I bought it with crossed thumbs. I received it today, January 6th, and tested it immediately. I'm relieved and happy to say it works! Now my advice to others who might buy this combo: If you sent in a 12V battery, the Surface will say "plugged in, won't charge" even though the charge is minimal. You must install a 16V battery that charges like an OEM power supply. Hope that helps. Buy with confidence!
