First, the chair is comfortable and fits a 6'3 body fairly well. Assembly was a headache (and there is a lot of assembly involved). The instructions are pretty vague - not 100% sure which shows the pillow assembly. Tear on one side, as well as a few other small holes nearby. It looks like one of the side armrests or other metal parts has come loose and punctured the seat. Since I unpacked everything and cut open the packaging, I figured I'd rather keep it to myself than try to return it. For the price (on sale) it was still bargain enough and not a decorative piece - would have given 4 stars had it arrived intact.
