Couldn't get it to work
I spent over an hour trying this with my iPhone X with two spotting scopes and a pair of binoculars. All 3 were mounted on a sturdy tripod. To be fair, a scope had a 2" eyepiece so the adapter couldn't be attached to it. With the other two, the problem was getting everything lined up so that the eye relief was set perfectly so the camera could see through the magnifying glass. There was just no way to line it up and leave it there. I really wanted it to work so I could record videos but I guess it's just not on the horizon. On the plus side, it seems well made and it can work with different phone/oscilloscope combinations.
