I like that it’s very easy to use, especially if you are new to social media marketing or haven't been using this type of software in your strategy before.

The process can get complicated at times but all things take practice so we're sure everyone will be able to figure out everything eventually! If someone has never used an automated platform before there's some initial learning curve involved with getting started however once they do start seeing success their motivation levels go through the roof since nothing else works quite as well. It saves me time being able to send emails without having to manually compose each one instead allowing my team members (and myself) to focus more fully on our core work rather than spending hours filling up templates and writing messages over and over again.
