As others have mentioned, the instructions lack clarity. I couldn’t find the video. I’ve included a few pics to aid in assembly. Lining up the cover correctly after unfolding avoids many problems. If not accustomed to putting things together, it helps to put the fasteners on loosely until you know they are in the correct position. It’s sturdy, seems to be well made, handles my 230 pound body bouncing without issue! Also, I left the parts outside to air out the strong odor from the rubber before bringing inside.
