The bag is amazing! I used it as my wallet. I've been looking for a bag that has decent storage compartments and is big enough to fit all of my daily essentials: a small makeup bag, a first aid kit, a snack (okay, a full meal), a notebook, my giant purse . etc. I can't believe how neat everything is when I unpack it. It's also very light, so taking it with me when it's packed doesn't kill me. I like to use my changing mat as a napkin when I have to eat on a questionably clean surface at the park. The bottle insulator can be used as a makeup bag and I love that I can wear it over my shoulder with a strap or as a crossbody bag with shorter handles. It's not big enough to be bulky and nobody believes me when I tell them it's a diaper bag.
