Review on Mapwize by Rafael Lewis

We are using mapwise to create an indoor navigation solution in our office building, which is currently under construction! The project management team has been extremely responsive when it comes time to get things done. I think that their pricing structure reflects how much value they place into providing excellent customer service as part of every interaction with them (at least from my experience). They have helped us understand exactly what we want out of this system - it's not just GPS mapping but also creating walkthrough videos/interactive floorplans - something very specific about all buildings regardless if you're working with one or many tenants within your space. Their implementation was seamless since they were already utilizing some other software systems at work so there wasn't too much learning required by myself nor any existing staff members who would be tasked with managing the new tool once implemented.
