Why didn't I have any of these years ago? After spending many years (and multiple dogs) messing around with dirt and pet hair in my car, I've finally decided enough with sheets, blankets, and cheaper versions of this type of cover. I found this and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I confess I was a bit skeptical, that would be another thing I would try and end up giving up. I've been using it for about 9 months now (all seasons in New England) and it's GREAT. (Part of the reason I decided to write the review myself - I often rely on them to help me make the decision.) It's easy to install, it STAYS IN POSITION (as always) - I never have to readjust, when the dog jumps or scratches in the back. At the same time, it is not constantly connected, so it is easy to pick it up or take it out. Vacuums great - much easier than trying to get dog hair out of the carpet! Admittedly, raising the rear seats is a bit fiddly, but that's to be expected with something like this and not a problem - maybe if I had to do it every day. The dog seems comfortable on the surface and is much more comfortable on it than in the hard covers we wear in the back of my husband's Subaru. I folded the back which is longer than the car (it can be unfolded to protect the bumper - I never use this feature). I was worried it would make them bulky or weird but that's ok. If anything happens to this one I won't hesitate to buy another one. Love it!
