This item is amazing and comfortable. I apply it after showering, before bed when my skin is still damp. I love that it's in stick form so I can apply it and not rub it in, it's greasy and I don't like that feeling on my hands. The balm becomes more liquid as the body heats up and spreads quickly. I put my socks on and go to bed. After a month of daily use, I snapped a photo to show the amazing results. The scent is light and unobtrusive.
