I like it how you can have multiple people check in on your document, as well as send comments to the editor for them to approve or reject. Sometimes, when I'm working with more than one person, it's hard to keep up with who is doing what. The interface could use a little bit of polish. I'd also like to be able to see the page number next to each comment. It would make it easier to see where we are at in terms of edits. We use it all the time, and it's great for editing documents collaboratively. We've been using it since we got the software about 3 years ago.
