I leaked: mattress covers

But that's because it was described as waterproof. We decided we needed it when we stopped dressing the three year old and tightening the diapers. We had our first fall last night and liquid leaked through the center of the pillow. Not quite sure why this happened. Pretty disappointed as we tried to protect the now wet foam padding.
