It's not as portable as Pack n Play. It doesn't fold easily. The installation takes about 15 minutes the first time, with subsequent adjustments it is faster. I'm surprised at how light it is - maybe half the weight of a backpack and a game, yet it still offers more than twice the space to play. There is no padding on the bottom, but you can easily accommodate blankets and pillows. I love that the floor here is so bold that I can literally suck it up when I need to (all those Cheerios and yogurt melts). It's smaller than some playgrounds. So perfect for an apartment and just a toddler. I don't think two toddlers would want to share if their twins weren't used to being around. It's only about 16 square meters area. Draw it out with tape or paper in your living space to visualize before buying. I personally think it's the right size to take to grandma's for the kid to play in there and I don't have to watch him like a hawk for her knick knacks. It's well done. Only on the small end, but the size list is very clear.
