So I'm buying this for my son's scooter. He wore it for the first time last night, mind you, it only arrived yesterday afternoon. Gets up in the morning, tries to go to work, turns the key 1/4 as written, and NOTHING, NOTHING! No matter how you turn a key, the lock will not open. We ended up having to spend about 15 minutes unplugging the throttle. Keep this in mind. Sometimes when sellers sell goods here, they get defects from the manufacturer to make money. This episode made my son late for work and I'm here at AMAZON asking the label to bring him back! It forces you to select a star and I should have selected a star otherwise I would not have selected one. Big disappointment.
