That's not bad, but you absolutely MUST know and consider how you're going to use your Vive.

I bought it, installed it and played with it for the first 2.5 hours on a full charge. There are things I love about him and there are things I absolutely hate for my playstyle. Pros: - Tracking and connection work very well, when fully connected I hardly noticed any difference. - Makes work easier. have an installation outside of the computer itself. Gives advertised freedom of movement, IE no longer gets tangled in its own cable. Bad: Installation is much harder than I expected. Not enough to make it outrageous, but far more than I'd ever want to do twice. Which completely negates the whole reason I bought it. If you intend to use the headset for an extended period of time, you'll either need to reconnect the cable or invest in a third-party battery solution that may or may not work or damage the device. I intend to use my WiFi for parties and to be honest I even doubt its usefulness. Without extended battery life or the need to buy 2-3 batteries, it just isn't good enough to enhance party gaming. - This is inconvenient if you ever want to play while seated, this is not an option for you, especially if you have a high back chair. It's not that forgiving because of the new antenna. I understand going wireless to be more mobile, but if you've ever just used wireless you might want to sit down at some point. Mech: - It's not very heavy, but the extra weight of the wireless antenna is noticeable. , as well as a new pillow they added to combat this. You need to adjust the headband and strap.
