There is no lack of design, this article consumes a lot of electricity, be careful with many connected articles! I have a wedding and events business, we handle catering, rentals, decorations, customization etc. I bought this as an upgrade for my home vapers. That's right, it takes longer, over an hour before I had to refill. The hose is short and not very flexible. The wooden handle is very comfortable, it stays cool! I'm still getting used to it. I like it, but I'm not sure if it's worth the big investment, except in the long run. Buy a cheaper steamer for occasional or home use. For commercial use, something like this is great.
