I wanted to love this product for my 5 year old, but I'm attaching the video so that this review makes more sense.Here are my reasons for the 1 start.1. The jacks wouldn't work at all to begin with. After trying a few different cables we had some sound coming out of it. Regardless, while my kid try playing they became lose and the soumd was not right.2. The headphone plugs are located in the back of the set, which means it runs right across the drums, so you really cannot play the drums as the cord runs right across it. The headphone cord should be longer, or have a plug in the front. Same for the pedals.3. The high hat (red pad) sounds just like static. There is no real sound from it. (See video)4. When you play 2 drums at the same time a weird static sound comes out of it. You can hear it on the video posted.I expected just a bit more for the money I paid. There were several similar models I could have gone for, which were cheaper, but I paid extra thinking quality will be better. I was wrong. Back to finding something else to replace this one.
