I have had this product for a week now and I cannot recommend it! The port count is amazing and the power supply is also very efficient. Unlike smaller form factor USB hubs, this product doesn't get hot even when HDMI and DisplayPort are connected. Displayport works well when running Bootcamp for Windows games on my 16 inch Macbook Pro. There is a USB port on the front of the unit that I connect my backup drive to. The cables that come with this device (both single USB and dual USB) are very well made, durable and a decent cable length. . Just coming home from university I haven't had a chance to hook everything up to my full dual monitor and ethernet setup. However, I'm very happy to finally have a way to run a full dual monitor setup from my Apple device, as previous USB hubs I've bought have come with dual HDMI or HDMI/ Displayport outputs have overheated and broken.
