These gloves fit my grandson perfectly. Night for a trip to the mountains where we expected snow. Unfortunately there was no snow. However, when we got home the following week, it was snowing and these balls held up to the sledding and snowman building. Keeps my grandson's hands DRY and WARM. He was six years old and the gloves fitted him snugly, not too tight - you just had to strain to put them on because of the elasticated wrists, but it was that element that helped retain moisture and helped that he had warm, dry hands even when playing in the snow. The outer material isn't very durable, but we didn't have any problems with it. The palms have grippy material, which is an added plus. Very happy.
