The mirror is amazing and I really like it - the only problem is that it's cheaply made, small screws were missing in the door hardware and it actually came with the mirror glass broken. . I don't know if it was because of the cheap workmanship or the shipping process that it broke. The only option we were given was a refund, which is fair, but as I really like the mirror I didn't want to go through the hassle of figuring out how to return a broken product, wait for a refund and possibly just reorder to get another defective product. So we decided to fix it ourselves. What started out as a good deal for a cute product ended up costing at least $25 more to get a sheet of mirrored glass large enough to cut out what was needed for the somewhat unusual frame sizes. We got it working and are happy with the finished product, but if you don't have time to deal with a broken shipment, are looking for glass and have the patience to cut and reattach it, I'd look elsewhere. In fact, we spent a decent amount of money on a frame that I understand I could make myself for a lot less. In this case, the convenience that ordering from Revain normally offers is almost completely reduced.
