Tip - Ink Pads Feel Dry
I design cards for sale and use Tsukuneko. I chose the archive. I received my 3 sets yesterday. Some pads felt dry, which did not give any clear marks. Does anyone have the same issue with this brand or do I need to buy a raker at this early stage?
