Great product for making textured fondant

I used this fondant texture mat to make a sugar boot that I used as a cake topper. The carpet is ideal for this application. I wish it was bigger, but I was able to create a larger piece with the gum paste tools to continue the drawing from one die-cut piece to the next. The photo shows a boot I made with this tool.
