Lisa Pavelka 4.25"X5.5" Individual Texture Stamp - Tooled Leather (1 Package) Review

Of all the texture sheets I have (and there are many), I use these when I want to get a "deep" print, Sutton Slice or a of these methods. As a result, I came back here to buy more.

Perfect with fondant! Bought for an upcoming cake order but played around to make sure it works and the press is perfect. I have to cut off their logo so it's not on the cake, but it doesn't matter.

works fine. The design is beautiful. The only problem I have is that when you want to cover a large area with it, the ends don't line up so the pattern continues. I had to cut off the lettering part so it wouldn't leave such an imprint on my fondant.

Small but mighty! The only downside is that the company name was at the bottom of the design so when printed the company name would appear in the next section of the lipstick where you put the other half of the design together. It's not impossible to work around this though, I'll probably just cut off that part of the stamp.

I used this fondant texture mat to make a sugar boot that I used as a cake topper. The carpet is ideal for this application. I wish it was bigger, but I was able to create a larger piece with the gum paste tools to continue the drawing from one die-cut piece to the next. The photo shows a boot I made with this tool.

Lisa Pavelka's tools are known for their quality, but this one is better. If you want to impress any setting with the beautifully designed look of treated leather, this is for you. I'm a sugar artist and this tool has given me the freedom to express myself! I highly recommend it! I'm attaching a picture of a shoe made entirely out of sugar made with this tool!
