Best for Testing: Power and Electricity
Not strong enough for regular use as a surge protector for a large RV. And a 50 amp RV is a lot of power. You want a much more durable gear that offers a fold out cord for protection from water - this unit doesn't have one. Two different messages were read correctly to establish a connection. So, as a connection tester, that's fine. As an emergency backup surge protector, this is normal. But that's not my choice for regular, long-term surge protection. It's too thin.
