The material is chiffon but not too stretchy. Cotton lining, rolls up easily and fits as expected, true to size. The belt/bow helps make it a bit tighter for a small waist and it's pretty. High quality zipper, flower decoration has not been flattened as I feared. Worth the money, very satisfied!
- My daughter is very excited. She likes this dress because she can turn around in it.
- The dress may not be suitable for outdoor activities or games.
