In my office/BDC department, my company paid so much money for less efficient headphones. I use Shortetel/Miltel phones. My phone is a CISCO IP 7651. I have a jack plugged into the headset jack and then a headset plugged into that jack. and clicked the numeric selector on the single part to 1. (click once). I can answer and end calls by pressing the headset button on my phone myself. I like that it's very light and the boom mic is very adjustable. We've had other headsets that weren't as good, costing around $100 each. , and they were MUCH more difficult to set up for use and gave off a lot of static when you pressed on the wire. I will definitely be recommending them to my department heads for everyone in our BDC department.
