That thing is disgusting, to be honest.
There are a few problems with this gel. First of all, before you buy this, make sure you look closely at the size of the container it's in, as it's a lot smaller than it looks. Secondly, this gel is a joke, I don't know how to explain its taste, but it's not good, I think it's a quote from a quote that everything is natural - that's why it tastes so good. Third, I'm not sure if this thing even helps you breathe, it's almost like you didn't even put it in your mouth, so I don't care about that thing.
