As my daughter isn't really into programming and just wants to dance, this is the most important button for her. It was difficult for me to understand the programming. I thought you plugged in a "treat" and programmed that treat with the remote. You know. You put it in programming mode and use treats, and when you're done programming, press its nose to make it perform the programmed actions. The instructions suck, but the short video at the bottom of the product page shows it's programmed that way. If I could give 4.5 stars for poor instructions I would. The remote will only work if nothing...I mean nothing is blocking its signal. The action mode is cool, but the dog only senses what's right in front of him. Don't expect him to feel the shoes on the floor. Overall this is a really cool toy for a child and I think when the daughter is older and paying enough attention to understand the instructions she will have a lot more fun with it. I wish it played different music...the same song keeps driving me crazy, but that's not the product's fault. He does what he has to.
