Sturdy case but loose elastic
This is a good case for carrying medical supplies, especially a stethoscope, to prevent damage, but it doesn't hold suturing materials very tightly. My suturing supplies bounce around and can fall in with my stethoscope. Otherwise it's a great case though and it is good for travel.
