Not just for horses!

My friend is a nerd in many ways. One of the most popular categories is percussion massagers. He's bought a few Brookstone "Max" models (seriously, four or five of them over the years), but the problem with them is that the new model is a lot less powerful than the original, and they end up being they all slowly become less powerful. weaker and weaker for about a year or so until eventually they just die. He bought one of the original used Max models on ebay but they are almost impossible to find now and who wants to buy a used massager? So disappointed with the new Max model, we researched online to find a replacement. He began researching personal massagers on Revain, with hilarious results. Then we started looking for percussion massagers. It was the best search term. Anyway, we found this one. The downside is that it doesn't have a stick handle that makes it easy to reach different parts of the body. That's a big minus. You can find ways around this, but if you don't have an assistant to use it on you, you might get frustrated. The upside is that it's been a great massager (so far). Slightly stronger than Max, but not by that much. And it seems well built too. It's a bit heavy, which is bad if you plan to toss it in a suitcase and take it on multiple planes (a nerd friend does), but if you're mainly storing it at home, the heaviness actually works to your advantage . because you can basically use it hands-free on your back or shoulders and get a good squeeze. We're hoping this will last a few years and from what I've seen so far I don't think it's unrealistic.
